The Opportunity In this role you will: Administer the tender process across multiple contracts from GCs to professional consultant appointments Track and manage tender process steps including bidder prequalification, tender issue, queries and responses, tender submissions, and post-tender queries and negotiation. Draft contracts and collate contract documentation Oversee post-contract management, including providing contract administration advice to the client, claims tracking, and producing and processing contract change orders Partner closely with the construction project management and cost management teams Work with the commercial team to advise the client on contract award We would love to hear from you if you: Have strong research skills and an in-depth understanding of legal agreements Have working experience with Ariba or similar tender management platforms Have a working knowledge of local and international contract laws and corporate policies Are a proven people leader Have excellent negotiation, persuasion and judgment skills Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing Are detail oriented and quality focused All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required. Responsibilities
