Description Overview: The mission of Listerhill Credit Union is to be a financial cooperative focused on improving the lives, including financial health, in the community. In 1952, seven Reynolds Metals employees deposited $5 each with the idea of starting a credit union that was member-owned and member-focused. As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for contract review and management for third-party relationships to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. This role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an interest in contract administration within the financial services industry. This role will be a critical component of vendor management. What you will do: Assist in drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and maintaining vendor contracts and related documentation. Ensure contracts comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. Track contract lifecycle events, including renewals, amendments, and terminations. Maintain accurate records in contract management systems and vendor databases. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Departmental Vendor Owners) to resolve contract-related issues. Support vendor performance through monitoring and reporting activities. Participate in audits and regulatory reviews as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field; equivalent experience can be substituted for degree. · Three to five years of experience in contract management, procurement, or vendor management. · Understanding of financial services industry regulations preferred. · Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with contract management (IronClad) software is a plus. · Excellent ability to communicate well verbally and in writing. · Commitment to LCU’s Mission Statement and Core Values. · Must successfully complete appropriate LCU assessments.
