We’re seeking a passionate Contracts Manager to join our innovative Team at Northvolt Drei, one of Germany’s first large-scale battery gigafactories located in Heide. You’ll play a vital role in scaling operations at this groundbreaking facility, which will be powered entirely by renewable wind energy.

Responsibilities
  • Management of all Construction Contracts and support the team in administering during Construction.
  • Facilitate Contract/Construction Kick-off and weekly contract progress meetings
  • Evaluate monthly progress claims, expedite approvals, payments and contractor variation claims
  • Preparation of contractual letters and maintain contract correspondence log/register
  • Utilising and continuous updating of Northvolts Contract Administration system to reflect the current status of the contracts
  • Proactive contractor compliance management, generation of progress reports and supporting documents in a timely manner
    Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have:

  • A degree in BsC/MSc in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent
  • 3+ years of technical experience in all cost management areas, planning, estimating, pre-contract, post contract and final account.
  • Proficient in MS suite
  • Passion and enthusiasm for project Execution, Construction and Commercials
