JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Manager with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management within the construction sector, possess an engineering degree, and be fluent in Arabic. This role is critical in ensuring that all contractual aspects of our projects are managed efficiently, legally, and in alignment with company objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, or related field).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Construction Law, Contract Management, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as MRICS, PMP, or equivalent.
  • Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects in the MENA region.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure timely execution of contractual obligations.
  • Provide contractual advice and support to project teams and senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of contract documentation and correspondence.
  • Liaise with legal advisors and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Support tendering and procurement processes from a contractual perspective.
