NorDan Vinduer are the Market Leaders in the Timber/Aluclad business in Ireland. Due to our continued expansion we are now looking to hire a Contracts Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting role for a candidate with previous experience and is looking for a new challenge.

• Previous experience in a main contractor is desirable
• 7 years+ experience in site management
• Ability to manage budgets.
• Available to travel nationally on a regular basis.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of overachieving targets.
• Excellent customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
• Strong Management and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & CRM software.
• Experience in windows are preferable.
