We have a vacancy for a Contracts Manager

SMSTS

• First Aid at Work
• BREGS or willingness to achieve in probation period
• Fire Safety for low-rise flats and housing or willingness to achieve during probationary period
• Proven record of overseeing a programme of residential development
• Managing Contractor agreements and liaising with Contractor Supervisors
• Proven experience of achieving PFI contractual requirements, KPIs and client/stakeholder requirements and contract deliverables
• Knowledge of managing Profit and Loss accounts in a PFI environment
• Hold a Full UK Drivers Licence

We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager working from our Yorkshire region and based at our sites Hambleton Chase and Tanton Fields on a fixed term basis of 12 months.

Duties include;

• Ensure service delivery meets financial targets and operates within budget
• Participate in contract reviews with Senior Management and Directors
• Develop and deploy Service Plans and Key Work Objectives to meet ongoing and changing needs of stakeholders, clients and customers
• Develop effective client and partner relationships to identify, propose and secure profitable work within the client base or scope of contract
• Ensure organisational development, staff and other improvement plans are developed and deployed to support contract performance and financial return
• Preparation and presentation of performance reports to a board level audience
• Analyse data for reporting to clients to inform strategic and operational planning, and enable services to be delivered with specific outcomes
• Ensure plans and processes are in place to prioritise and delegate workloads to achieve contract objectives
• Produce and maintain contract sectional plan and Key Work Objectives
• Develop customer relations in order to improve future commercial opportunity
• Developing a team, setting clear key objectives aligned with the Service Plan
