VANRATH are thrilled to be assisting a leading Manufacturing & Design company with the recruitment of a Contracts Manager. Fantastic company to work in, one of the best company cultures in NI and opportunities for progression.
Shifts are held over Monday to Friday (35.25 hour week). No weekend working. Permanent position.
This role will be based at the company’s Rasharkin / Ballymena office.

Responsibilities

To manage and oversee projects from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring all site management and installation is delivered safely, on time and within budget to the required quality standard.
The Contracts Manager will co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and the internal design team to ensure contractual obligations are met.
· Lead multiple contracts simultaneously, from mobilisation to final handover across Ireland and the UK
· Interpret and manage contract terms, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
· Liaise with clients, suppliers, and consultants to ensure expectations are met
· Provide operational input to the work-winning team on tenders
· Developing the strategy of project execution to meet the project targets
· Ensure the quality management plan is adhered to
· Correspondence and communicate with the client and their representatives
· Maintenance of good industrial relations on every project
· Prepare regular project update reports for review by the Head of Contracts
· Develop detailed project and installation schedules with clear milestones
· Co-ordinate labour, materials, and equipment to meet project requirements
· Issuing, monitoring and updating the Request of Information schedule
· Planning and monitoring the progress of the works
· Preparation of any client progress reports
· Weekly internal progress meetings
· Ensure the procurement schedule is updated in line with the programme
· Manage the design review process
