Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager (Roads O&M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management related to roads operations and maintenance projects. Develop, negotiate, and manage complex contracts for roads operations and maintenance projects Analyze financial implications of contract terms and conditions to minimize risks and maximize profitability Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, legal teams, and finance departments, to ensure contract compliance Monitor contract performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed Lead contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Develop and maintain contract management processes and procedures Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, risks, and opportunities to senior management Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing road infrastructure projects Collaborate with project teams to resolve contractual disputes and claims Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management for roads operations and maintenance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management, preferably in roads operations and maintenance Proven experience with government contracts and regulations Strong knowledge of roads operations and maintenance practices Familiarity with construction and infrastructure industry standards Solid understanding of local and international contract law Excellent contract management skills, including drafting, negotiation, and administration Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment Strong project management abilities Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Willingness to travel within Qatar as required Additional Information Business Line: Consulting and Operations Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: OnM Operations Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Services and Operations Profession: Operation and Maintenance - OMI - General Management
