We’re looking for a high-performing Contracts Manager to lead contract delivery and operations across our roofing division. This is a senior, self-employed role at the heart of our business — perfect for someone who thrives on building high-performing teams, mastering detail, and driving results.
With responsibility for planning, people, and profitability, you’ll shape how we deliver contracts — on time, on budget, and with the right culture.

• Own end-to-end management of roofing contracts — from mobilisation to handover
• Drive daily scheduling, budgeting, and reporting using Monday.com or similar tools
• Lead and develop a team of roofers and staff, ensuring capability and engagement
• Collaborate with the Finance Officer on invoicing, cost tracking, and performance reporting
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety (SMASS / CHASS), and industry standards
• Champion a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
• Engage clients, respond to variations, and protect margin through smart project control
