Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead commercial and contracts management for assigned construction/infrastructure projects, ensuring effective cost control and commercial performance.
2. Review project commercial reports, track financial performance, identify risks and advise project management on corrective actions.
3. Manage subcontracting activities, including scope identification, tender documentation, bid evaluation, commercial terms and subcontract awards.
4. Review and manage bonds, guarantees and insurance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
5. Handle contractual correspondence, notices, claims, variations and extensions of time, ensuring the company’s contractual rights and entitlements are protected.
6. Support project teams on contractual obligations, commercial risks and cost/time implications.
7. Manage final accounts, incorporating variations, claims and outstanding commercial matters.
8. Ensure proper commercial and contractual closure of projects, including required completion documentation.
9. Drive commercial KPIs, productivity targets and financial objectives.
10. Visit project sites regularly to review commercial and operational issues.
