Overview
Stark Property Services Yorkshire Ltd are looking for a reliable and motivated Contracts Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of multiple refurbishment projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and full property renovations. The role is key to ensuring our sites run smoothly, projects stay on schedule, and high-quality standards are consistently delivered.
This is a hands-on management role that requires excellent organisational skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate trades, suppliers, and schedules across several live sites.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily running of multiple sites, ensuring projects are progressing to plan
  • Manage schedules and workforce to keep jobs on track and on time
  • Liaise with trades, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Carry out regular site visits to check quality, safety, and progress
  • Ensure health & safety procedures are followed on all sites
  • Report regularly to company management on project status, budgets, and timelines
  • Support trades and subcontractors to keep productivity high and standards consistent
  • Ensure jobs are handed over to clients to a high finish and on schedule

Requirements

  • Previous experience in site management, contracts management, or project coordination within construction/refurbishment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence own transport
  • Ability to manage multiple sites at once and remain calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of kitchens, bathrooms, and refurbishment works an advantage
