JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Contracts Manager
Reporting to: Sales Director
Department: Sales
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum - Based on experience.
Location: Office based (Colchester, CO2 8JF).
Hours: 40 hours per week, 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery and installation of our products and services across the UK. This role will be responsible for managing contracts from the pre-contract phase through to final account and handover. In addition to operational and commercial oversight, the Contracts Manager will be accountable for managing the PQQ process, tender pricing and submissions, and ensuring accurate budget and margin management throughout each project.
