The Role
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple roofing and cladding projects, managing the complete contract lifecycle from initial enquiry to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out site surveys and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Prepare costings, risk assessments, tender documents, and value-engineered proposals
  • Oversee project mobilisation, including scope, budgets, timelines, KPIs, and procurement
  • Produce CDM documentation (RAMS, CPP) and secure necessary permits and warranties
  • Plan and coordinate resources (labour, plant, and materials) across several sites
  • Lead site start-up meetings and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Monitor progress, track variations, and manage budgets and cash flow
  • Conduct client meetings, deliver progress updates, and manage project handovers
  • Drive continuous improvement through KPI analysis and lessons learned
