TIMBERFRAME CONTRACTS MANAGER

Join our experienced and established team at the forefront of delivering high-quality, sustainable timberframe homes. With over 40 years of success behind us, we’re expanding—and looking for a Contracts Manager to take full ownership of assigned live projects, from inception to aftercare.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Strong project management experience with proven team leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to produce clear, effective management reports.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• UK Driving Licence (travel to sites required occasionally).

As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee the delivery of timberframe on new build housing projects, working closely with internal teams across design, production, and site management. This is a hands-on project management role with a strong emphasis on health & safety, quality, and contractual compliance.

You will:

• Manage and deliver live housing projects for a variety of clients.
• Produce and oversee build programmes and essential HSE documentation (RAMS).
• Ensure efficient and safe delivery of offsite-manufactured timber frame components.
• Maintain regular communication with site teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Attend internal and external project meetings to resolve issues and maintain timelines.
• Provide clear and regular reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
• Build a strong culture of collaboration and accountability across teams and subcontractors.
• Oversee contracts from order placement through to post-installation aftercare.
