JOB OVERVIEW

The Contracts Manager will superintend the drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance of all contracts across the company. Acting as the bridge between internal teams, legal counsel, and external parties, this role ensures that agreements are accurate, compliant, and strategically advantageous. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in contract management, strong communications skills, and the ability to coordinate lawyers and business leaders in negotiation of complex agreements.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business.
• 6–10 years of experience in contract management and negotiation.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance customer needs and company risk management.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Superintend the full contract lifecycle: drafting, proofreading, sending for signature, and monitoring execution and compliance by all parties.
• Establish best practices for negotiation strategies, compliance monitoring, and version control.
• Track negotiations, outcomes, and contract status and report as necessary to leadership.
