Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the building and common areas.
• Supervise and coordinate MEP systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and other building services.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance contractors and service providers and monitor their work and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of the building, common areas, equipment rooms, plant rooms, and other facilities.
• Identify maintenance requirements and arrange timely repairs.
• Monitor building equipment such as chillers/AC systems, pumps, elevators, generators, fire alarm systems, firefighting systems, water tanks, and electrical systems.
