Job Description About the role Here at United Infrastructure, our responsive team is growing and we are recruiting a Contracts Manager to come and join us. We are looking for a candidate that has experience of managing reactive repairs, voids and disrepair contract models, overseeing direct labour and supply chain models and implementing efficiencies. Our ideal candidate is an experienced Contracts Manager managing a responsive delivery model. Experience in Housing is preferred but not essential. You will be managing a new contract covering the Home Counties and East London. Our commercial and operational teams are integrated to ensure that we offer best value and service to our clients. Procurement will be a major part of the role, including negotiating packages of work with our subcontractors and supply chain partners.
