REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience managing voids contracts, ideally within social housing.
  • Strong working knowledge of NATFED rates (essential).
  • Demonstrable experience in scaling and managing multiple site teams.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Highly organised, commercially astute, and motivated to deliver results.
  • Experience in material procurement and supply chain management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy role.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Voids Contracts Manager to oversee and drive forward our voids contracts. This role will suit an individual with proven experience in managing voids programmes, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to build and scale site teams effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage void property refurbishment programmes, ensuring delivery on time, to budget, and to a high standard.
  • Take ownership of new void contracts from mobilisation through to completion.
  • Manage and scale site teams, ensuring productivity and performance targets are consistently met.
  • Oversee material procurement, negotiating best value and maintaining cost control at all times.
  • Work to quick turnaround times, ensuring properties are returned to a lettable standard without delay.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Take responsibility for reporting, contract administration, and project performance.
