Responsibilities

The City of Greater Dandenong is seeking a Contracts Officer to support the planning, monitoring and coordination of contractor-delivered open space maintenance services across the municipality.
Reporting to the Coordinator City Presentation, this role will work closely with Team Leaders to ensure the quality and compliance of mowing, horticulture, and open space contracts. You’ll assist with the preparation of work orders, monitor contractor performance and service standards, and support the development of improved contract systems and processes.
This is a newly created role following a strategic service review and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing improvement of Council’s open space presentation and maintenance standards.
