Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of a close knit-team the Contract Administrator is a critical role within the contracts team to ensure that the existing contracts register is comprehensive and reflective of all available contract information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Work as a harmonious and collaborative team with my peers
  • Review and familiarise yourself with the existing contract register and other contract databases
  • Familiarise yourself with the new information required to be inputted into the contract database
  • Familiarise yourself with the procedure required to be carried out for this important task
  • Promptly, and with superior attention to detail, carry out data entry of important contractual details
  • Work collaboratively across the Contracts team and wider stakeholders.
  • Other Administrative requirements.
