Trucare Plus is a leading concierge healthcare provider in Dubai, delivering premium medical and wellness services at homes, offices, and hotels. We specialize in offering personalized care experiences, including doctor-on-call, IV drips, physiotherapy, and tailored wellness solutions for residents and visitors.

We are seeking a Contracts & Sales Manager who will spearhead our business partnerships with hotels, resorts, and luxury establishments, driving growth through strategic agreements and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business partnerships with hotels, resorts, and premium hospitality providers to integrate Trucare Plus concierge healthcare services.
  • Develop, negotiate, and finalize contracts and service agreements ensuring favorable terms and smooth implementation.
  • Maintain and strengthen ongoing relationships with key partners to ensure continuity and expansion of services.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Trucare Plus and partner organizations, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Monitor contract performance, track partnership outcomes, and ensure KPIs and service standards are consistently met.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strengthen Trucare Plus’s market presence.
  • Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, sales growth, and pipeline opportunities for senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3–5+ years) in contracts management, sales, or business development, preferably within healthcare, hospitality, or luxury services.
  • Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, drafting, and partnership management.
  • Existing network within the hospitality and healthcare sectors in Dubai/UAE is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Results-driven personality with the ability to generate revenue through successful agreements.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Sales/Marketing, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
