About the Role Join our Residential Care team as a Contracts Administrator, supporting contract best practice and ensuring agreements are managed accurately and compliantly across the sales process. You will work closely with the Contracts Services Manager to ensure contract best practices are upheld within the Residential Care strategic business unit. This involves managing and monitoring Residential Care contracts, leases, and other contractual arrangements while supporting the evaluation of new agreements. By providing high-quality administrative support, you’ll play a key role in the Residential Care sales process, liaising with Sales Consultants and ensuring compliance with organisational and legislative requirements. This is a Permanent Part- time (3 days in a week) role based in Anglicare Head office, Macquarie Park. Key Responsibilities Ensure Residential Care contracts and correspondence are completed accurately and on time. Finalise resident agreements, ensuring all payments are processed in line with agreements. Maintain and update client records, ensuring compliance with updates from the Department of Human Services/Services Australia. Monitor leases and other contractual arrangements within Residential Care facilities. Provide professional and timely responses to queries from Sales Consultants, facility staff, finance teams, residents, and their representatives. Keep documentation updated, including signed agreements and milestone reports, ensuring RAD receipts are issued promptly. Assist Accounts Receivable by clarifying fees, concessional status, and other charges as per RC agreements and policies. Provide accurate and empathetic assistance during resident and authorised representative enquiries. About you: To thrive in this role, you’ll need: A business or legal undergraduate degree or 3+ years of contract administrative experience. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Desirable experience with systems like Epicor SLS, NeRa, or Capital Guardians. Previous experience in aged care contracts or similar roles is advantageous. Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
