This role is responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and contractual provisions, while providing practical legal guidance to internal and external stakeholders. Review, draft, and revise a variety of commercial contracts, amendments, and legal documents. 2. Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. 3. Identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks within contract language. 4. Advise business leaders on contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation strategies. 5. Interpret federal, state, and local regulations impacting contracts and company operations. 6. Maintain and update standard contract templates, clauses, and legal documentation. 7. Manage contract lifecycle processes, including tracking renewals, expirations, and key deadlines. 8. Conduct legal and business research to support contract interpretation and decision-making. 9. Maintain organized contract files and databases; generate reports as needed. 10.
