We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Contracts team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex commercial and government transactions in a dynamic and innovative environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience negotiating legal and commercial terms and conditions.
  • Strong command of English (95% of contracts are in English).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field.

Experience Requirements:

  • Contracts Specialist: 4–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experienced Contracts Specialist: 7+ years of experience, with exposure to high-value and complex contracts.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a daily advisor to Business Development and Program Management teams on contractual matters.
  • Negotiate, draft, review, and execute agreements with commercial and government partners.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of third-party documents, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, including amendments, claims, and ERP system entry.
  • Support proposal development, including RFP review and terms & conditions responses.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations across business transactions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and tools for contract management.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, including legal, financial, and IP-related concerns.
  • Manage contracts ranging from $5K to $1.6B, including subcontractor agreements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on insurance, export, and legal matters.
  • Utilize internal systems and tools for contract negotiation and data management.
