Contracts Specialist Position Type: Full Time, non-exempt employee. Compensation Range: $30.00 - $36.00 hourly, DOE. Location: This position based onsite at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, CA. About the Company: Ensign Services, Inc. About the Opportunity: As a Contracts Specialist at Ensign Services, Inc., you should be a well-rounded, quick learner who can multi-task, is organized and able to excel in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a variety of template contract requests from various clients, internal Service Center and other client-affiliated business ventures. This is a high-volume position and a place where teamwork and ownership is highly valued! Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Responsible for drafting Ensign contract templates. * Assist contracts team to ensure that all contract templates are in compliance with legal requirements, client specifications and government regulations. * Ensure appropriate internal contract processes and procedures are followed. * Monitor and maintain the contract management software and database information such as vendor data entry, setting reminders, running reports and keeping facility information up to date. * Coordinates the execution of contracts through e-signature platforms. * Track contract status and follows ups. * Ability to find solutions to problems. * Uses the highest discretion with confidential information. * Able to work in a high-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal Certificate and/or Professional Contract Management Certification a plus. * At least 2 years of relevant work experience in either contract administration, legal administration, as a paralegal, word processing or relevant professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department setting. * Computer skill requirements include: MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Outlook and easily adaptable to other in-house software applications. * Possess the ability to deal tactfully and work harmoniously with other personnel, residents, visitors, and the general public. * Follows written and oral instructions. * Knowledgeable in the use of computers, e-mail, spreadsheets and document word processing. * Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
