Summary: Professional Solutions1, LLC (ProSol) is seeking five Contract Specialists to support the National Park Service (NPS), Denver Service Center (DSC).  The Contract Specialists create and route appropriation documents for Contracting Officer approval, assist in acquisition planning documentation, solicitation documentation, award decision documentation, post award documentation, modification documentation and documentation required for interagency agreements.  Work will be performed off site (Remote).  The candidate must have the ability to operate effectively under pressure adhering to the ProSol Core Values of Agility: rapid adaptation to the changing requirements and environment of our clients; Excellence: Service quality that exceeds the expectations of our clients; Integrity: Accountability and honesty−always doing the right thing; and Long-Term Commitment: Unquestioned loyalty and dedication to our clients, partners and employees.  Responsibilities: * Conduct acquisition planning and market research * Prepare solicitation documents (RFQs/RFPs), amendments, and award packages * Support source selection, cost/price analysis, and negotiation documentation * Administer contracts, including modifications and closeouts * Maintain electronic contract files and resolve payment issues * Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and DOI-specific systems (FPDS, PRISM, FBMS)   Knowledge and Skills: * Strong understanding of federal acquisition lifecycle * Proficiency in FPDS, PRISM, FBMS * Excellent written and verbal communication * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Ethical conduct and conflict resolution skills   Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree (any field) + 24 semester hours in business-related disciplines * 5 years federal contracting experience * 5 years construction contracting experience * 3 years A/E services contracting experience * Ability to obtain HSPD-12 PIV and pass background checks Clearance: * All contractors shall be subject to security clearances based on the agency’s requirements Workdays/Hours: Work hours will be 8-hours per day, between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
