JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Contracts Specialist to oversee our organization’s contracts and agreements. The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including but not limited to client contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements.
  • Ensuring that all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Managing contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as legal team, finance team, and business units, to ensure contract accuracy and compliance.
  • Resolving any contract-related issues or disputes that may arise.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Specialist,
  • In-depth understanding of contract law and negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications.
