Description Position Summary This position is a part time, 30 hours/week temporary role that will last approximately 6 months. This is an in-office position with the potential to be remote on Fridays after training period. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Contract Preparation and Document Management: Manage the lifecycle of project contracts, from drafting, review and negotiation to execution. Prepare and process client contracts, subcontracts, amendments/change orders, and misc. contract/legal documents. Track deadlines, deliverables, and respond to inquiries regarding contract specifics. · Project Administration: Work closely with project managers to track contract milestones and status. · Documentation and record-keeping: Maintain organized and detailed records of all contract documents, correspondence, and other project-related paperwork. · Stakeholder Communication & Coordination: Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, internal departments, and Shrewsberry Leaders. · Compliance and Risk Management: Review documents for adherence to standards and policy. Track subcontractor compliance, Insurance certificates, and other legal requirements. · Other duties as assigned Requirements Education and/or Experience · Experience with document and workflow management · Meticulous degree of attention to detail and strong organization skills · Excellent judgment and discretion in handling confidential information · Proactive in seeking input, approval, and feedback · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe · 5 years of relevant experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction or Legal industry preferred · Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited institution preferred, but not required We’re an equal opportunity employer.
