Job Description 1.Responsible for scheme design, modeling and simulation, control algorithm design and optimization of servo control, flow control and other systems, as well as software implementation and on-site commissioning. 2. Collaborate with electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and testing teams to integrate and optimize the control system, and improve product performance and stability. Qualifications Master’s degree in Control Science and Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or other related majors. Work experience: At least 3 years of R&D and design experience in control systems and control algorithms. Core technical competencies: Solid foundation in control engineering; proficient in classical and modern control theories, such as PID, ADRC, robust control, etc. Skilled in at least one programming language such as C# and Python for algorithm prototype development and verification. Proficient in using Simulink and other tools for system modeling and control algorithm simulation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; willing to undertake challenging and tedious commissioning work. Excellent teamwork ability; capable of actively coordinating cross-functional teams to complete system development.
