This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of engineers working on core technological products, participating in engineering and research projects, and working in a collaborative, innovative, and creative environment   Elbit Systems is an international high-technology company engaged in a wide range of programs throughout the world, primarily in the defense and homeland security arenas We develop and supply a broad portfolio of airborne, land, and naval systems and products for defense, homeland security, and commercial applications   Responsibilities   Control Loop design and implementation  6 DOF physical systems – Modeling and Simulations Coordinate system transformations Processing and analysis of random processes Definition and specification of electro-mechanical and servo components Digital control Design, measurements, testing and verification   Requirements   Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or higher in Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Specialization in control systems – knowledge of control theory and dynamic systems, as well as estimation methods Familiarity with inertial navigation concepts – an advantage Proficiency in MATLAB and SIMULINK
Responsibilities
The Control and Navigation Engineer will be involved in control loop design and implementation, as well as modeling and simulations of 6 DOF physical systems. Responsibilities also include processing and analysis of random processes and defining specifications for electro-mechanical and servo components.
