Our Commodities and Global Markets business combines specialist expertise, risk and capital solutions to help our clients realise opportunities in global markets including equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, commodities, technology, media and telecommunication. The Business Operational Risk Management team play a key role in continuously improving our processes, controls, and operational risk profile across our businesses globally.

What role you will play?
As a member of the Business Operational Risk Management Control Assurance team, you will be owning and co-ordinating control assurance reviews across Commodities and Global Markets. With an initial focus on remediated and division wide controls, you will assist in managing the end-to-end approach to assurance and provide oversight of risk and control representations in the risk and control register. You’ll also assist in creating an assurance virtual practice to drive consistency while will drive automation and continuous (as opposed to cyclical) assurance.
What you offer
- 6+ years of experience in audit, assurance, operational risk, and/or compliance
- Knowledge and demonstratable experience within Financial Services
- A demonstrated risk mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Front office or Line 1 Risk experience is advantageous.
