We are now seeking a Control Centre Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, thrive under pressure, and be committed to delivering exceptional service.
What we expect?
-Knowledgeable – Experience in scheduling, logistics, or operations (security industry knowledge is advantageous).
-Organised & Detail-Oriented – Able to coordinate resources, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate schedules.
-Collaborative – Comfortable working closely with security officers, fire safety officers and the operations teams to achieve results.
-Calm Under Pressure – Can handle urgent changes and react quickly to operational needs.
-Strong Communication Skills – Able to liaise professionally with both internal teams and clients.
-Tech-Savvy – Confident in using scheduling software, email, and Microsoft Office for reporting.
What does the job entail?
-Creating and managing shift schedules to ensure all sites are adequately staffed.
-Responding to last-minute changes or emergencies and reallocating resources where needed.
-Liaising with night operations staff to provide updates and resolve issues.
-Monitoring reports and escalating to the relevant persons.
What is required?
- You must be willing to work nights on a 4 on/4 off pattern.
- Valid SIA license is desirable.
-Computer literacy and clear written/spoken english.
-Ability to remain focused and proactive throughout night shifts
