In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, installing, and maintaining systems that monitor and control processes across various industries. You will collaborate with teams to produce design documents, lead programming efforts, and oversee the commissioning of systems. A strong foundation in technical skills and problem-solving will be essential for your success in this remote position. \n Accountabilities Originate design documents for small projects and support large programs. Lead programming and configuration efforts for automation and SCADA applications. Author and execute testing and commissioning procedures. Perform troubleshooting on service calls and execute hardware/software upgrades. Conduct surveys and prepare cost estimates for projects. Assign tasks and manage entry-level engineers and technical staff. Requirements Proficient in reading control schematics and performing system startup and calibration. Experience with electrical and machinist hand tools and testing/calibration equipment. Proficient in programming languages such as ladder logic and structured text. Strong problem-solving skills in complex automation issues. Familiarity with CAD/CAE software and basic office software.
