Description

Primary responsibility is the Engineer function for Singapore Projects.

  • Responsible for troubleshooting equipment failures.
  • Develop PLC, SCADA, HMI programming logic tailored to specific machine functions and customer requirements.
  • Develop and integrate industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT) to ensure reliable data exchange between automation components.
  • Responsible for assisting with the design of the controls system and programming coding to meet the budget and time expectations as defined by the Project Manager.
  • Modify controls design and other documents according to the compliance with industry standards according to customer specifications.
  • Participate in controls and validation activities, conduct test and debug, internal buy-off, FAT and SAT.
  • Work together with the Customer, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Process Manager, Design Engineers and other project team members as required.
  • Communication with Customer as per project requirements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers as needed.
  • Update PCT and task completion accordingly.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron or GE Fanuc preferred.
  • Minimum 1- or 2-years working experience with controls systems and programming
