Responsibilities Preparing EMEA Procurement Cash Flow productivity reporting – data collection from the contracts management system and from whole legacy Europe Procurement community (ca 500 associates) as well as the legacy AMESA point of contacts; review the accuracy of provided information, perform data analysis and identification of key variance drivers; managing calculation of Cash Flow; results reporting to EMEA Business Unit Controllers and to Corporate FP&A team. Mark to Market reporting from Derivatives and Forex Embedded Derivatives in legacy Europe Procurement managed contracts – data collection from contracts management tool; data analysis for the existence of derivatives/ Forex embedded derivatives: collecting information for the correct Mark to Market calculations per contract (information related to contracts from Procurement Managers, Executed Hedges, Forex Forward rates from Corporate Treasury). Data reporting to Corporate Embedded Derivatives Centre of Excellence and to EMEA Sector Control. Extended Producer Responsibility reporting for Europe – data collection from Business Units; results verification and reporting to Corporate Government Affairs. Acting as a SPOC for Benelux Accounts Payable – resolving issues with blocked POs which can cause payment delays to our suppliers; analyzing weekly report received from Benelux AP team; connecting with employees and guide on actions required for resolving issues. Supporting ad-hoc projects and process improvements initiatives assigned by Europe Procurement Control and issue resolution for the mentioned scope. Qualifications Bachelor in Economics or Finance with main focus on Finance/Control & Accounting or at least 3-4 years experience in Finance/Control & Accounting, ideally in a global FMCG company Excellent English language skills (read, write, speak) Strong analytical skills Good accounting / internal controls knowledge Very good Excel knowledge Ability to work across various countries and cultures
