Department : Safety & Security Reports to: Security Manager Role Introduction The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring and operating of all security systems to ensure the safety and protection of the public, guests, visitors, employees, contractors (stakeholders) and assets throughout the Kai Tak Sports Park, including day to day and for events. 主要職責協助當值指揮 (保安）/ 控制室主管處理所有與保安相關的問題。監控保安系統，包括閉路電視、門禁控制和警報，以檢測潛在的違規或緊急情況。按標準操作程序調配資源，快速處理警報、未經授權的進入或保安事件。評估威脅嚴重性並向控制室主管報告以獲取指導。作為保安事務的主要聯絡人，並與現場人員和外部機構保持溝通。記錄所有保安活動和事件，協助編寫值班報告，並確保所有設備正常運行。執行當值指揮 (保安）/ 控制室主管指示的其他職責。要求中五或以上的教育程度，持有保安相關領域證書者優先。需持有有效的保安人員執照和QAS證書。具有保安操作或控制室監控經驗者優先。具有使用保安系統、閉路電視監控或應急響應程序經驗者優先。具備消防系統、保安系統和電腦知識者優先。具備前線保安行動、場地保安、人群/交通管理和解決問題的技能。具有與當地官員和執法機構的經驗和網絡者優先。能夠按照輕重緩急處理任務並在靈活的工作環境中工作。良好的英語和中文書面及口語表達能力。需輪班工作。 Key Responsibilities Assist the Shift Commander (Security) / Control Room Supervisor with all security-related issues at all times. Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarms, to detect potential breaches or emergencies. Respond quickly to alarms, unauthorized access, or security incidents, deploying resources as per Standard Operating Procedures. Assess threat severity and report to the Control Room Supervisor for guidance. Serve as the main contact for security matters and maintain communication with on-site personnel and external agencies. Document all security activities and incidents, assisting in compiling shift reports and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. Carry out any other duties as directed by the Control Room Supervisor / Shift Commander (Security). Requirements Form 5 or above education level, holder of security-related fields is preferred. Holder of valid security personnel license and QAS certificate. Prior experience in security operations or control room monitoring is preferred. Experience in using security systems, CCTV monitoring, or emergency response procedures can be beneficial. Knowledge on Fire Fighting System, Security System and computer knowledge are preferred. Solid concept on frontline security course of action, venue security, crowd/traffic management/control and problem-solving skills is required. Prior experience and network with local officials and agents of law enforcement preferred. Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a diverse workforce. Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese) with good communication ability is often required. Work in shift hour is required.
