Job Description Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: Observe and document all unusual or unsafe activities, taking appropriate action as required Dispatch mobile or patrol officers to secure access areas and respond to service calls and emergencies Monitor the movements of security personnel to expedite service requests, emergency responses, and ensure employee safety Respond to system alarms and notify appropriate response resources following standard operating procedures Monitor media and other sources to gather and deliver relevant data to clients Maintain detailed records of activities during shifts Support the development and implementation of security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role. Front Line SIA SG or DS License. Previous control room experience. Proficiency in office 365. Driving Licence due to location of site. The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
