OVERVIEW

We are currently recruiting a Control Room Operator to work in our modern, state of the art control centre in Falkirk.
This will be a shift position, typically working 24 hours per week, with overtime available.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Previous call centre and admin experience is essential.
• The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Good time-keeping and reliability.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the Falkirk District and surrounding areas.
