Works as part of a team that maximizes guest/employee satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest/employee inquiries. Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner. Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets. Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring cost control, inventory management, productivity, and performance levels. Builds and maintains effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values. Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation, performing due diligence requirements and best practice activities for internal and external audit. Ensure that all relevant procedures and protocols for the Risk & Security department is adhered to. Ensure that all equipment and systems are in good operating condition.
