Responsibilities

As a Security Control Room Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring safety and smooth coordination across sites. Your responsibilities include:

  • Real-Time Monitoring: Watch over Sydney’s premier locations using advanced CCTV systems, ensuring security protocols are met.
  • Alarm Response: Act promptly to investigate and resolve alarm triggers with professionalism.
  • Emergency Coordination: Support team responses during critical incidents, ensuring everyone remains informed and tasks are executed seamlessly.
  • Access Control: Manage authorisation systems to safeguard restricted areas.
  • Report Management: Create and maintain detailed incident reports, communication logs, and operational briefs.
  • Operational Equipment: Ensure the security tools and resources are ready and functional for all operations.
