That includes: Monitors physical security operations Monitors cameras and access control systems covering data calls and entry/exit doors Dispatches appropriate personnel, as necessary Maintains logs and records in accordance with the Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) Identifies and escalates issues in accordance with documented policies and procedures Reviews all reports written during shift Ensures all scheduled posts are filled Maintains documentation and follows standardised procedures to successfully complete unannounced audits Prepares written and electronic logs and reports as required for the site while entering information in appropriate computer systems Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role. Ideally, you’ll have: Proven experience in datacentre operations or equivalent security industry experience; or experience in forces/services Previous supervisory experience is ideal CCTV licence Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends Strong people management skills and high emotional intelligence Computer literacy and ability to work with security systems and technology High level of professionalism and command presence Good English skills—both verbal and written Reliability and ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions Willingness to learn and work to structured procedures The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history Why Join Securitas?
