Job Description What will you be doing? We are looking for a skilled Control Systems Engineer to join a pioneering team working on advanced energy and power systems. In this role, you will focus on the development, testing, and integration of control systems, supporting both software and hardware components. Your main responsibilities will be: Developing and testing embedded software solutions for control systems. Writing and executing test cases for system validation and verification. Supporting hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) or other test rig activities to validate control strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure software and system requirements are met. Contributing to continuous improvement of control processes and testing methodologies. Who are we looking for? Experienced in embedded software development, ideally C++ or Simulink. Comfortable writing and executing test scripts and test cases. Exposure to test rigs, HIL systems, or similar hardware testing platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Able to work collaboratively across engineering and project teams. Passionate about engineering result-oriented proactive Qualifications Experience, skills and qualifications required: Degree in Electrical, Control, or Systems Engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience in embedded software development for control systems. Knowledge of testing methodologies and rig-based system validation. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple engineering functions.
