Responsibilities
  • Conducting research on and developing novel control strategies and reinforcement learning algorithms tailored for embedded systems.
  • Implementing and validating algorithms through simulations and real-world experiments.
  • Optimizing algorithms for real-time performance and resource constraints inherent in embedded devices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional R&D teams to integrate advanced solutions into products.
  • Supervise master’s theses and potentially PhD projects with academic partners.
  • Staying up-to-date with academic and industrial advancements in relevant fields.
  • Documenting technical findings and implementation processes comprehensively.
  • Presenting research results and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
