Job Title: Control Systems Technician

An opportunity has arisen at our Kawerau site for a Control Systems Technician.
About the Role: As the Control Systems Technician, you will assist in managing and overseeing the operational requirements related to control systems within our manufacturing plant.
The vacancy is a waged, Monday to Friday day position, but the applicant will be required to cover shift work, respond to call outs and complete overtime when necessary due to the 24/7 nature of our business.

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, electrical motors, process instrumentation, variable speed drives, programmable control systems (PLC, DCS, HMI/SCADA systems), and communication networks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO9001, ISO14001, AS/NZS4801).
• Provide technical support to the team, improving the quality of processes and machines
• Conduct internal audits, reviews, and corrective actions.
• Analyze and implement technical products and systems.
