Ihre Aufgaben * P&L-Verantwortung: Steuerung der wirtschaftlichen Ergebnisse der Control Tower Einheit im Einklang mit strategischen Vorgaben * Operative Leitung: Verantwortung für das Tagesgeschäft inkl. Transportplanung (Air & Ocean), Buchung, Zollabwicklung, Zustellung sowie Kostenkontrolle * Teamführung: Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung eines leistungsstarken Teams * Zusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen (Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, Ports, GSC) * Performance & Prozesse: Analyse von KPIs sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von Abläufen und Kostenstrukturen * Kundenmanagement: Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Sicherstellung hoher Servicequalität * Risikomanagement & Compliance: Sicherstellung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Minimierung operativer Risiken * Reporting: Regelmäßige Berichterstattung zu Performance und finanziellen Kennzahlen Ihr Profil Qualifikationen * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition / Logistik oder vergleichbar * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Erfahrung * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Freight Forwarding (Schwerpunkt Seefracht, zusätzlich Luftfrachtkenntnisse) * Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams sowie in der P&L-Verantwortung * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Import, Export und Zoll Kompetenzen * Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und Umsetzungsstärke * Gutes Verständnis der Transport- und Logistikprozesse (Ocean & Air) * Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Hohe Belastbarkeit und Lösungsorientierung * Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse * Kommunikationsstärke im internationalen Umfeld Compensation DP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
