Description

Our client, a culture-focused and people-first organization, is seeking a Controller to oversee their finance department. This position will support both their engineering company (20%) and their construction company (80%), providing variety and the chance to work across two dynamic industries.
They’re looking for someone with 3–5 years of Controller experience who can confidently step in and take ownership of the financial operations. In this role, you’ll oversee accounting processes, prepare financial reports, monitor budgets and cash flow, and provide strategic insights to leadership.
Equally important as technical expertise is cultural fit. The ideal candidate will be approachable, adaptable, and eager to build long-term relationships with their colleagues. If you’re someone who thrives in a close-knit environment while also being confident working independently, this could be the perfect fit. Plus, with a dog-friendly office, you’ll want to be comfortable sharing your workday with a few four-legged coworkers!
