JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in supporting various HR functions, including payroll, budgeting, and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and familiarity with accounting software to ensure efficient management of financial records and HR processes.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a human resources role or related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is essential.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
  • Strong skills in payroll management, budgeting, account reconciliation, and account analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
