Job holder will be reporting to the DOF in Israel and other stakeholders in the HQ. Responsibilities Manage the consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process of the company and its subsidiaries. Lead intercompany and transfer pricing processes and reconciliation Work with the Company's external auditors and lead the annual audit process. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department (3 bookkeepers) Work closely with the Procurement and Supply Chain departments to ensure inventory records are properly and accurately maintained Oversee cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities & control, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, and other standard accounting procedures Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles Manage any tax filing and audits. Requirements At least 4+ years of experience as a corporate controller in a global manufacturing company - Must Certified CPA - Must Experience with employees contracts and labor laws - (Advisory contact) Experience with US Tax rules and US GaaP- Advantage Excel-High level excellent interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills. NetSuite ERP Experience – Must Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
