JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial management, and regulatory compliance. As a Controller, you will play a crucial role in guiding our financial strategy and ensuring adherence to both IFRS and GAAP standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of financial concepts, including account reconciliation, cash management, and technical accounting principles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in accounting software applications
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

• Manage all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports in compliance with IFRS and GAAP.
• Oversee account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and manage cash flow effectively.
• Develop forecasts and budgets to support strategic planning initiatives.
• Implement technical accounting policies and procedures to enhance financial reporting accuracy.
• Utilize accounting software for efficient financial management and reporting.
• Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
