POSITION SUMMARY

The Controller will report directly to the COO/Founder and oversee the full scope of accounting operations across the U.S. and international entities. This role will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, audit readiness, payroll oversight, and maintaining compliance with U.S. and international accounting standards. The ideal candidate has experience managing multi-entity consolidations, leading global teams, and implementing scalable processes across a growing organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent strongly preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including global or multi-entity oversight
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and familiarity with international accounting standards
• Proven experience in audits, consolidations, payroll, and cross-border operations
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred; familiarity with Salesforce Certinia a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing, and collaborative environment
